To view or cancel your ticket (according to booking rules and regulations) (except train tickets), you can enter the reference code (PNR) received via SMS or email in this section to view the details of the related ticket.
In Safarme, it is possible to refund both system and charter flight tickets. Depending on the time you announce your cancellation, the remaining time until the flight, and the airline or charter provider’s policies, the cancellation fee will vary.
In Safarme, your purchase is finalized once you are redirected to the ticket issuance page and can view your ticket image. If issues such as rejection occur and your payment is deducted, please contact Safarme support at 42103.
If wrong information is entered, it is best to contact Safarme support at 42103 immediately. For example, correcting details such as name on international flights is not possible if it does not match the passport, and passengers must cancel and repurchase the ticket. However, in domestic charter flights, edits are possible if approved by the chartering agency. In system flights, this option is not available.
When you purchase a ticket from Safarme, all your details are registered in the system. In addition to receiving an email, you will always get an SMS with your flight number, time, etc. For domestic flights, printing the ticket is not necessary; showing it on your phone is enough.
To cancel a ticket, log into your account. In the 'My Flights' section, you can find your flight and cancel it. Before confirming cancellation, you can also see the penalty fee. If you have not registered on the website, you can cancel your ticket through the 'Flight Ticket Tracking' section by entering your ticket reference.
If your flight is delayed or advanced by more than 2 hours, you can cancel it without paying any penalty. However, your ticket must be stamped for cancellation. Therefore, if you have not printed your ticket, it is recommended to print a copy.
Tickets for all international airlines operating in Iran can be purchased via the Safarme website. You only need to have a Shetab member bank card.
Users who register on Safarme will receive 1% of the total purchase amount back in their account with each purchase. Additionally, on various occasions, discount codes are provided to registered users, which they can use for their purchases.
