In Safarme, your purchase is confirmed only when you are redirected to the ticket issuance page and see the ticket image. If issues such as rejection occur and you notice a deduction in your account, please contact Safarme support at 42103.

If you enter incorrect information, please contact Safarme support at 42103 immediately. For example, changing the name in international flights is not possible if it does not match the passport, and passengers must cancel the flight and purchase again. However, in domestic charter flights, edits may be possible if the charter agency approves. In system flights, this is not allowed.

When you purchase a ticket from Safarme, all your information is recorded in the system. Besides email, you also receive an SMS with your flight number, time, etc. For domestic flights, printing the ticket is not required; showing it on your phone is sufficient.

To cancel a ticket, log in to your account. In the 'My Flights' section, you can find the flight and cancel it. The cancellation penalty amount will be displayed before you confirm. If you are not registered on the site, you can use the 'Track Ticket' section with your ticket reference to cancel.

If your flight is delayed or rescheduled by more than 2 hours, you can cancel it without penalty. However, your ticket must be stamped, so it is recommended to print your ticket beforehand.

Tickets for all international airlines operating in Iran can be purchased through the Safarme website. You only need a bank card connected to Shetab network.

Registered users on the Safarme website receive 1% of their total purchase credited back to their account. Additionally, on various occasions, discount codes are provided to members, which they can use for future purchases.
